David has a lifetime of experience in collaborating with families and their advisors in the process of succession and transition planning for closely-held and family businesses.David personally experienced the complexities of the succession process in his family business, having worked in the business from the age of 12. Upon graduation from the Louisiana State University School of Business, David joined his father and spent the next 25 years growing the company into one of the nation’s leading attire and formal rental companies.
David and Karen, his wife of over 30 years, have three sons, Brian, Drew and James, now married to Anna. Karen and David reside in Parker, CO.
